Return & Refund Policy

Our mall provides both physical goods and virtual goods, including software products, software configurations, software packages, renewal services, upgrade services, activation services, and other digital services.

Virtual Products

For virtual products, once the payment is successfully completed, the system will automatically process the corresponding software service based on the order information, device serial number, account information, or other information submitted through the system interface.

After the virtual product transaction is completed, the order is considered fulfilled. Virtual products are non-refundable once successfully paid and processed, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or agreed in writing by us.

Please carefully confirm the product name, service period, device model, device serial number, software option, price, email address, contact information, and other order details before placing an order. Any loss caused by incorrect selection, incorrect device information, or incorrect order information shall be borne by the user.

Physical Products

If physical goods are sold in the mall, return or exchange requests must comply with the applicable product return policy shown on the product page or confirmed by customer support.

Returned physical goods must generally be unused, complete, and in their original packaging, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

Order Cancellation

The mall reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse services, close user accounts, or edit related content within the scope permitted by applicable laws and platform rules.

Processing Support

If an order cannot be completed due to system failure, force majeure, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to assist users in handling the relevant follow-up matters.
